Terms of Sale

SHIPPING HANDLING AND INSURANCE: Buyer is to pay costs of shipping, handling and insurance. Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax. For domestic and foreign shipments we will declare full value of items purchased. We will accept PayPal, personal check or money order. Items paid by PayPal, money order or cashier's check will ship immediately upon receipt. Items paid by personal or business checks will be held (10) ten days or until the checks clear, before shipment. PLEASE EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND USE ITEM NUMBER FOR REFERENCE. Thank you.

INSPECTION PERIOD:

We offer a (3) three-day inspection period and refund of purchase price, not including shipping, handling and insurance costs and less a 10% re-stocking fee, for return of item in original condition within (7) seven days. We at Mark Walberg Fine Art and Antiques offer quality antiques with honest representation.

WEAPONS:

All antique knives, swords and other weapons for sale are authentic. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase these items.
